Part D211-6500.1 is the complete cloth outer bag assembly for the Powr-Flite Solar upright, model PV030-W12-U.
On a commercial upright, the cloth bag wears out long before any electrical component does. Route work is hard on fabric: constant loading, dragging, and being stuffed into a van between stops all take a toll, and once a seam splits or the collar tears, dust that should stay bagged ends up back in the room a crew just finished. A sound replacement bag puts a stop to that. Hold the bag up to a light source before installing a replacement, and again periodically once it is in service, since a pinhole or a thinning patch of fabric is easier to catch by eye than by watching for dust in the air.
A bag that has gone slack or baggy even when empty has usually stretched past the point where it seals properly against its collar, which lets fine dust bypass the fabric entirely rather than filtering through it. Compare the collar and closure style on the bag you are removing so the replacement fits the same way, and check the collar's elastic or drawstring for any give left in it before you call the old bag done.
