Cam lever handle for Powr-Flite WAV machines, sold individually as part 33102. The cam lever is the quick-clamp you flip by hand to lock or release a joint without reaching for tools: swing it over and the cam draws the joint tight, lift it and the joint frees off.
Levers of this kind are usually replaced because the arm has cracked at the pivot or the cam face has worn smooth and no longer holds pressure. Neither fault stops the machine outright, which is exactly why they get missed — the clamp simply works its way loose over a shift.
