Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The ProTeam aluminum handle tube (Part #842345) is a genuine OEM part for the ProTeam ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 uprights and arrives with the wiring harness included. The tube forms the backbone of the handle and routes the harness up from the body to the controls.

A bent tube or a chafed harness makes the machine hard to steer and can interrupt power to the switch or handle controls. Fitting a fresh tube and harness restores rigid support and a clean electrical run.
