ProTeam Backpack Back Plate...

Product details
Every ProTeam backpack unit hangs its entire harness off one mounting plate, and part 100716 supplies the specific screws and washers that hold that plate to the housing. Nobody pays this hardware any mind until one goes missing, at which point the harness starts shifting with every step the operator takes.
Once a single fastener strips or falls out, the remaining screws absorb its share of the load and begin stripping in sequence, a chain reaction that ends with the plate working loose mid-route. For gear worn on the body rather than pushed across a floor, a loose mounting plate is more than an annoyance; it can shift unpredictably and catch an operator off balance. Using hardware sized and threaded to spec, rather than whatever fasteners are sitting in a parts drawer, is what keeps the housing threads from stripping out permanently.
Coverage runs across a wide slice of the ProTeam line: AviationVac, Everest, QuietPro BP and ProVac, along with CoachVac and its Super and Super HEPA variants, plus QuarterVac HEPA and both Super QuarterVac trims. Given how many machines share this exact hardware, stocking a spare kit or two saves a trip back to the parts counter the next time a plate turns up loose.
