The impact bumper wraps the front of a ProForce upright and takes the hit every time the machine meets a baseboard, a desk leg, or a door frame. Part 107093 replaces it once it has cracked, torn away, or hardened to the point where it no longer cushions anything.
In commercial cleaning that damage does not stay with the vacuum. A machine running without an intact bumper marks skirting boards, scuffs furniture, and leaves the sort of black scrapes on painted walls that eventually get charged back to the cleaning contract.
This bumper fits the ProTeam 1200XP and ProForce 1200XP HEPA, the ProForce 1500, 1500XP, ProForce 1500XP HEPA and 1500XP New Style uprights. It is one of the cheaper parts on the machine, and the one that protects the building you are cleaning.
