Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The motor intake filter is the last line of defense between the dirt a ProForce upright picks up and the motor pulling it in. It sits ahead of the motor housing and catches the fine grit that slips past the bag. Part 104281 is the correct replacement for that position.
Leave it too long and the symptoms are familiar: weak pickup on carpet, a machine that runs hot, and a motor that whines under load. A clogged intake filter starves the motor of air, and overheating is what usually follows.
This filter fits the ProTeam ProForce 1200XP and 1200XP HEPA, the ProForce 1500, the ProForce 1500XP including the HEPA and New Style versions, and the ProCare 15XP. Check it every time you change the bag and replace it once it looks loaded, rather than waiting for suction to fall off.
