Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the ProTeam-numbered replacement for the Ametek Lamb motor found inside the ProVac backpack and its related models, sold with the wiring crimps already fitted so it drops in without re-terminating anything. ProTeam catalogs it as 100422; Lamb's own number for the same motor is 122157-00.
Wear on a motor like this rarely arrives without warning. Carbon brushes wear down gradually and suction fades along with them, a drying bearing raises the pitch toward a steady whine, and a failing armature starts giving off a hot odor within the first minute or two of running. Once that odor shows up, the motor has reached the end of its service life, and continuing to run it risks the wiring around it as well.
Not every airflow complaint is the motor's fault. A clogged cartridge filter or a crushed section of hose can starve a healthy motor of the air it needs and make it sound underpowered even though nothing inside it has failed. Check those first, since replacing a good motor will not fix a restriction upstream of it.
Confirm the Lamb number stamped on your current motor reads 122157-00 before ordering, since that number, rather than the name on the harness, is what identifies the right motor.
