This is the black replacement hose for the ProTeam ProVac backpack, part 100505. Both ends carry the same cuff, so it can be fitted either way round with no hunting for the machine end.
Hoses on backpack vacuums lead a hard life. They are stepped on, dragged around door frames and flexed at the cuff thousands of times a shift, and they usually fail from the machine end outward. A split hidden under the cuff behaves exactly like a blocked machine: the tool end goes quiet, the motor note stays high, and no amount of bag changing brings the suction back. Run your hand along the hose with the vacuum running and you will often hear the leak before you find it.
It fits the ProTeam ProVac and ProVac FS 6, and the Super Coach Pro 6 and Super Coach Pro 10.
