Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Wheel damage rarely announces itself directly. Instead you notice the vacuum steering slightly off a straight line, a scuff mark appearing on hardwood or tile precisely where a flat-spotted wheel drags, or the machine simply feeling like more effort to push than it used to. Most seized wheels trace back to hair or thread wrapped tightly enough around the axle to bind rotation, rather than a fault in the wheel itself, so checking there before condemning the wheel is worth the extra minute. Rolling the wheel by hand before removal is also a quick way to tell a binding axle apart from a wheel that spins freely but still shows a visible flat spot.
