These are the micro filter bags for the ProTeam Sierra and Lil' Hummer backpack vacuums, ten to a pack as part 103227. Each bag carries 454 square inches of filter media, and the micro-grade paper holds fine dust that would otherwise reach the cloth bag and the filter behind it.
Bag changes are the single biggest lever on how a backpack performs. Airflow starts dropping well before a bag looks full, so the practical rule is to change it at around two-thirds to three-quarters loaded rather than waiting for the machine to feel weak. By the time it feels weak, the filters behind it have taken a beating too and the whole machine needs attention rather than a bag.
