Part 103166 is the complete harness system for ProTeam backpack vacuums, backplate included, with the padded shoulder pads already fitted. Where the strap kits repair a harness piece by piece, this replaces the whole assembly at once and installs into an existing backpack in minutes.
It is the right call when a machine has been in service long enough that everything went together: cracked plate, frayed webbing, buckles that no longer hold, padding compressed flat. Comfort is the real reason to do it. A 10 quart machine that rides properly on a fresh harness feels like a different vacuum by hour four of a shift, and crews notice.
