This is the switch box assembly with the female receptacle, ProTeam part 836225-1, for the ProVac FS 6 and the Super Coach Pro backpack vacuums. It arrives complete: switch box, switch cord and power cord, with the electrified outlet built in for connecting a power nozzle.
The receptacle is the whole reason to choose this version. If your backpack runs a powered floor tool, the nozzle takes its supply from that outlet, and the version without it, part 836225, will leave you with nowhere to plug in.
Replace the assembly when the switch has become unreliable, when the receptacle no longer grips a nozzle plug firmly, or when the cord shows any damage to its jacket. Because it comes as one piece you are not left tracing which section of a shared cord run has failed. Unplug the machine before opening it.
