Product details
Slipping drive on a Duo often traces back to a pulley rather than the belt everyone blames first. Part 3018, which SEBO designates Pulley 37, occupies position 63 in the machine's parts diagram, between the gear wheel at 62, part 3021, and the clip at 64, part 3071, with the end plate at 65, part 3040, closing that side of the assembly.
A pulley that has lost its profile lets the belt sit low in the groove, where there is less surface to grip and more heat to shed. Agitation on carpet falls off first, then the noise arrives, and by that point the belt has usually taken a set and needs renewing as well. SEBO lists two belts for the machine, 3038 at 3 mm and 3042 at 5 mm, and it is worth confirming which runs over the pulley being replaced before adding one to the order.
- Part number: 3018
- SEBO designation: Pulley 37
- Diagram position: 63 on the SEBO Duo parts diagram
- Fits: the SEBO Duo brush machine

Since the surrounding shafts and gears come apart in the same operation, most owners inspect the neighbouring positions while the drive is open: the right-hand shaft at 61 is part 3035 and the complete right-hand gear wheel assembly at 62 is part 3021. Anyone searching for a SEBO Duo drive pulley, Pulley 37 or part number 3018 has reached the right listing, and quoting the diagram position when ordering removes any doubt between the several similar pulleys this machine uses, since the designation stamped on the part is not always legible once it has been in service. Genuine SEBO spare from an authorized dealer. Ships in 2-5 business days.
