Product details

Rear motor mount for the FV500, S100 and RSQ1 portable canister vacuums. The mount is the bracket that seats the back of the motor inside the body, holding it square in the airflow path and damping vibration so the housing does not buzz or wear at the contact points.

Mounts are normally replaced during a motor swap or after a machine has taken a hard drop. A split or perished mount lets the motor sit off-center, which shows up as extra noise, rattle and premature bearing wear.
