Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Rainbow D-4 floor brush bumper (Part #78-1515-72) is a black rubber replacement bumper for the Rexair Rainbow D-4 floor brush attachment. It rings the edge of the floor brush and cushions contact with furniture and baseboards.

Over time the rubber compresses and hardens, and a worn bumper no longer softens those impacts. That leaves scuff marks on baseboards and furniture legs and lets the brush catch instead of gliding. A fresh bumper protects your surfaces again and keeps the floor brush moving smoothly across the room.
