Rexair is the manufacturer of the Rainbow vacuum system, and this is the rotating beater bar that fits inside the Rainbow power-nozzle brush roll to flex and lift carpet pile so embedded dirt, sand and pet hair can be drawn into the airflow.
Over time the beater bar can crack, lose its flex, or wear flat, which leaves carpets looking dull and reduces the nozzle's ability to dig out ground-in grit. Fitting a fresh bar brings the brush roll's agitation back to factory performance.
