H552 is the motor mounting screw for the Rexair Rainbow 1650C power nozzle. It is one of the fasteners holding the nozzle motor to its housing, and it does more than hold: the motor's position sets where the pulley sits, and the pulley position sets how the belt tracks.

Let one of these back off and the motor sits fractionally out of place. The belt starts running toward one edge of the pulley, it chirps or rubs under load, and it wears through on one side long before it should. People replace belt after belt without ever finding the cause, because the screw looks perfectly fine sitting there.

Check the length and thread against the original. With the nozzle open, look over the belt and the brush roll ends while you are in there — a nozzle worth opening is usually a nozzle worth going through properly.
