Part B221-0113 is the motor cover seal for Riccar 4000 series uprights, the gasket closing the joint between the motor cover and the body so the motor draws its air through the bag and filters instead of pulling it in around the edge. A hardened or missing seal is a common cause of weak suction and of dust sitting on the motor after a bag change.

The gasket covers the whole 4000 series run, including the R100, R200, R300 and R300C, the R500 and R600, and the R800 family with its R800C and R800C4 variants. It is also the seal used across the Riccar Vibrance line: Classic, Deluxe, Entry, Standard and Premium trims, the no-tools versions, the belt protection models, the VIBC2 commercial machine, and the USA and Patriotic editions.
