Part B351-4600 covers a set of natural-bristle brush strips made for the clamped agitator style used inside RPB-250 and SPB power nozzles from Riccar and Simplicity. Unlike a bonded roller, this agitator holds its bristle rows with a mechanical clamp, so the strips themselves can be swapped instead of retiring the whole roller.
Bristles are the part of a power nozzle that actually does the grooming work, and they wear down long before the roller body or its bearings give out. Once the strips go short or splay outward, the roller keeps spinning but stops combing pile the way it should, and pickup drops even though the motor sounds fine.
