Part B351-7214 is the neck for the Riccar and Simplicity full size power nozzle, listed in the parts catalog under the FSPN designation. The neck is the pivoting connector between the wand and the nozzle body, the piece that lets the head swivel and follow you around furniture while air keeps moving through it.

This joint takes constant flex. Every flat-lay, sideways drag, or lift onto a stair puts new stress on it, and a cracked or worn neck typically presents as a nozzle that drifts from its set angle instead of holding it, a wand connection that pops loose mid-clean, or a noticeable loss of pull right at that joint.
