Part B010-0210C is a rear wheel pin sized 5 mm in diameter by 38 mm long, fitted to the back wheel on Riccar and Simplicity uprights. This is the newer-tolerance version, cut to the revised specification, and it is the pin itself, distinct from the wheel and the bushing that wheel rotates on.

A worn pin gets mistaken for a wheel problem more often than not, since the wheel is what you actually see wobbling. Once the pin has worn down past size, the wheel tips out of true, and that unevenness costs you flat contact between the nozzle and the carpet, sometimes pulling pickup down on just one side of the path. Because the wheel itself can still look perfectly fine, this pin is easy to walk past during a repair.
