This is the right-side bracket that carries the pivot on a PV-series upright. It bolts to the machine and holds the pivot bushing square, so the joint swings cleanly instead of dragging or binding as the vacuum is worked back and forth.

Because the brackets are handed, the left side takes B370-3200 and this one covers the right; a machine that has been dropped or over-flexed often needs only one of the pair. The matching bushing casting is B370-3100, and MV-platform machines use B470-2300 in this position.
