    Service foam for the base tray of Riccar ultra-lightweight (ULW) uprights, ordered as part B015-0400B. This is the soft pad that sits down inside the tray rather than a structural piece of the chassis, and it is supplied as a single item.

    Foam of this kind packs flat with use and eventually crumbles at the edges, so it is a routine replacement whenever the base tray is off the machine. Fitting a fresh pad at the same time as other tray hardware saves a second teardown later; the catalogue also carries the 23.5 mm ULW base tray wheel (B010-0614) and the tray plug for non-Hall-sensor ULW models (B016-1914).
