Part B034-0100 is a strain relief washer used on Riccar central vacuum power nozzles, including the Brilliance and Radiance lines. This washer sits at the spot where the cord assembly meets the nozzle housing, clamping down so any pulling force lands on the housing itself rather than on the electrical connections sitting just inside.

This washer absorbs real abuse over time. A power nozzle gets tugged, twisted, and pulled loose from under furniture legs constantly through a cleaning season, and once the strain relief cracks or goes missing, all of that pulling force lands directly on the wiring instead, which is exactly the kind of stress that leads to a brushroll cutting in and out or terminals burning from the heat.
