Part RTAPN.D is the deluxe tandem air power head that Riccar fits to its canister vacuums. A power nozzle carries its own motor and a driven brushroll, so the agitator keeps working carpet pile while the canister supplies the suction.
This is the flat-belt build of the nozzle. Riccar and Simplicity list its drive motor separately as assembly D223-1914, which covers both RTAPN.D and the Simplicity-badged STAPN.D, and the same tandem air head is what Wonder and Prima canister owners run.
