Part A732-9305 is a thin under-fan washer for the direct air motor used in Riccar Radiance and SupraLite vacuums. Mounted on the motor shaft just beneath the fan, this washer determines the fan's spacing and clamp pressure once the shaft hardware is torqued down.

This is a hardware item, easy to overlook next to the fan itself, but a nick or flattened spot on it throws off how the fan seats once everything is clamped down. That small shift is enough to knock the fan out of balance, and the result shows up as new noise or vibration from the motor that was not there before.
