Product details

Black plastic motor cover in the modified MV configuration, part B480-1114C. The motor cover is the shroud that closes off the motor compartment on the body of the vacuum, holding the motor seals and cover filter in position and directing exhaust air along its intended path rather than letting it spill out at the sides.

Covers get broken by drops and by over-tightened screws, and a cover that no longer clamps down evenly lets air bypass the filter. Replacing it restores a proper closure over the motor compartment.
