Part B222-0600 is the support screen that backs a filter in its housing, molded in natural, uncolored plastic. The screen is not filtration media itself; it is the rigid grid the media rests against so it holds its shape instead of collapsing into the air path.
Screens get replaced when they crack at a mounting point or warp, both of which let the filter shift and open a bypass around the edge. If you are already in the filter housing, the Riccar and Simplicity electrostatic post filter for 4000 and 6000 series machines is B222-0000, and the black 4000 Series exhaust filter is B222-0300.
