C650-0007 is the replacement metal filter for the Riccar R65 cordless stick vacuum. It is one of the filter elements in that machine and is sold on its own, so a screen that has been dented or damaged can be swapped without buying a whole kit.
A cordless machine shows a restricted filter sooner than a corded one, because there is less motor in reserve to pull air through a loaded element. If suction has fallen off and the dust cup is already empty, the filter path is the next place to look. Riccar also lists the RF65 filter set and the C650-0500 pre-filter cover for the same vacuum.
