Part B018-2200C is the reflective strip fitted to Riccar 4000 series uprights, a family that includes the Vibrance machines catalogued as VIBD, VIBS, VIBC, VIBCNT, VIBCL, VIBCLNT, VIBP and VIBPNT. Tacony also lists it as the reflector set for the nozzle.
On a commercial machine the tape is genuinely functional, not decoration: it is what makes an upright parked in an unlit lobby show up in a torch beam or in headlights through a window. It is also the first thing to look tired on an otherwise sound vacuum, since it sits where the nozzle meets furniture and skirting.
