D434-3414 is the cord kit for the ultralightweight uprights sold as the Riccar RSL3C and the Simplicity F3500C. It replaces the cord run as an assembly, which is the repair to make once the jacket has split, a plug blade has loosened, or the vacuum cuts out when the cord is moved.
Both brands share this platform, so one kit covers either badge. What it does not cover is the higher models: those take their own kits, and the difference is not visible from outside the machine.
