B375-3700 covers the exposed end of a clamping-design brushroll on PV and MV coded Riccar and Simplicity uprights. Its job is twofold: it stops hair and thread from migrating onto the bearing, and it presses the felt seal firmly against the housing so airflow at the nozzle stays where the design intends.
