D354-1500 is the control board for the Compact power nozzle on Simplicity and Riccar central vacuum systems. This board is what the nozzle uses to control brush operation, and it is a common point to check when the nozzle head will not run even though the central vacuum unit itself is pulling suction normally.

A nozzle that hums or clicks but will not spin the brush, or one that runs erratically, points toward the board rather than the motor in many cases, since the motor windings themselves rarely fail without some other symptom first.
