Product details

Part B355-1100 is the large hose seal o-ring for PV-platform Riccar and Simplicity Tandem Air uprights. It sits at the connection where the hose joins the body, and it stands between an airtight seal there and a leak that quietly steals suction before the air ever reaches the nozzle.

Rubber o-rings in that position take constant flexing every time the hose is disconnected and reseated, and they eventually flatten, crack or shrink. A machine with a good bag, a clean filter and still weak pickup at the floor is worth checking here before anything more involved is pulled apart.

  • Part: B355-1100, hose seal o-ring
  • Size: large
  • Platform: PV upright chassis
  • Sold: individually

Vacuums and More is an authorized Simplicity dealer and can help you narrow down the seal size if this connection is not the source of your leak. Lightly coat the new o-ring with a touch of silicone grease before seating it, which helps it seal evenly without pinching on the first reassembly.
