Replacement snap-on base for Riccar and Simplicity rug and floor tools, stocked as B226-1000. The base is the sole plate that clips onto the underside of the tool head and takes all the wear against the floor, so swapping it restores clean gliding for a fraction of the price of a whole new tool.
