Seven-foot extension hose assembly for Riccar and Simplicity Tandem Air uprights, sold as part C355-5300. This is the hose that lifts off the machine for above-floor work, and on a Tandem Air upright it is the part that gives out first: years of stretching it to the top of a staircase eventually split the coil or tear a cuff loose.

Riccar badges the 30 and 40 series as Brilliance and Radiance; Simplicity sells the same platform as Synchrony and Synergy.
