This is the pigtail cord plug for Riccar and Simplicity Tandem Air power nozzles, listed as part B351-8400. It is the plug itself, not the full pigtail lead, and it is what seats into the wand connector to carry power down from the wand handle to the nozzle motor.

Most plug failures come from how the cord gets handled rather than age. The lead gets yanked at an angle instead of unplugged straight, a pin bends, or the housing cracks at the seam where it meets the wire. A power nozzle that will not run, or that cuts out and restarts as the wand is flexed, is worth checking at this plug before assuming the nozzle motor itself has failed.
