This lower clip pins the base of the outer bag against the body on Riccar SupraLite and Simplicity Freedom ultralightweight uprights, including the R10E and RSL1AC builds, sold as part B211-1014B in unmarked black.
Pulling the bag off for a change loads this clip each time, and once it cracks or pops open the bag sags at that bottom seam, letting dust leak out there instead of staying inside.

Replace this clip as soon as the bag starts sitting crooked on its mount rather than waiting for it to fail outright, since a sagging bag draws air around the media instead of through it.
