Part B211-1014B is the lower bag clip used on Riccar and Simplicity ultralightweight uprights, molded in black with no printed branding on the face. The clip anchors the bottom edge of the outer bag to the vacuum body, holding the bag square over the fan chamber so air is pulled through the media rather than around it.
Bag clips take the strain every time the bag is pulled off for a change, and a cracked or sprung clip lets the bag sag and leak dust at the seam. Swapping the clip is a quick fix that restores a tight bag mount.
