Upper cord hook assembly, part D384-1100, for Riccar uprights built on the PV and MV chassis. The upper hook is the pivoting or fixed arm at the top of the handle that the cord wraps over, and it is a common breakage point because the whole cord gets yanked off it rather than unwound.
