Black carpet and bare floor switch detent, part B017-4000, the R and 6 upgrade version fitted to Riccar Vibrance premium uprights. The detent is the small stop that gives the floor selector its click and holds the chosen setting. When it wears, the selector drifts between carpet and hard floor mid-pass.
