This complete dust cover assembly closes over the bag chamber on Riccar Vibrance uprights, cut for the VIBC, VIBCNT and VIBCBP model codes, and sold as part D224-0630.2.

This is the full hinged panel, not a hinge pin or latch sold on its own. Those small pieces tend to give out first, often when the cover is pried open while a bag is still seated inside, and once the panel no longer closes tight against the chamber, the floor tool loses suction even when the rest of the machine checks out fine.
