Product details

Mount screw for the upper cord hook fitted to Simplicity Symmetry and Riccar Vibrance uprights, an M4 thread at 16 mm, stocked as part A430-0500C. This is the fastener alone, not the hook or its spring, so order it when the screw itself has sheared, stripped its hole, or gone missing.

  • Thread and length: M4 x 16 mm
  • Function: upper cord hook mount screw
  • Fits: Riccar Vibrance VIBDL2 Deluxe, VIBP2 Premium, VIBP4, VIBP6 Premium and VIBPBP Premium with Belt Protection
  • Sold: individually

This platform runs more than one screw length through its cord hook hardware, so measure the fastener you removed rather than guessing the size by eye. A hook that rattles, swings loose, or will not hold a wound cord under tension more often traces back to this screw than to a broken hook, and it is the cheaper fix to try first. If the plastic boss the screw threads into has cracked or worn out its threads, a fresh screw by itself will not hold the hook tight, so check that boss while you have the hook off.
