Upper cord hook screw for Simplicity Symmetry and Riccar Vibrance uprights, an M4 thread at 80 mm long and stocked as part A430-0600C. It is the long screw in the cord hook fastener set, distinct from the shorter mount screws used elsewhere in the same assembly, so length is what separates it from the rest of the hardware in this family.

Measure the screw you removed against 80 mm before ordering. This cord hook assembly uses fasteners of several different lengths, and fitting the wrong one either leaves the screw bottoming out short of engagement or standing proud where it can catch on the cord. As with any screw threading into plastic, back it out and clear the hole if it starts to bind rather than forcing it, since a stripped boss is harder to fix than a slow-going screw. Order part A430-0600C once the length is confirmed against your machine.
