    Returns & Exchanges

    We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund.     This replacement brush roll fits Royal/Dirt Devil upright vacuums in the UD40270, UD40285, and UD40350 models. The roll is the spinning agitator inside the cleaner head; its angled bristle rows work into carpet pile to break loose embedded dirt and feed it into the suction stream.

    Once the bristles flatten or the bearing ends start to drag, cleaning suffers and the belt wears faster. Dropping in a new roll (Part #2LW3070000) brings back the lively agitation and smooth spin these models had when new.
