Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This flat belt matches Royal's Style 10 pattern and is also the belt used in the Riccar Vibrance upright, sold here as part ROR-1010.

It runs between the motor shaft and the brushroll, and its grip on both pulleys is what keeps the roll spinning at full speed to work dirt and pet hair loose from carpet fibers rather than leaving them pressed into the pile.

A flat belt in this size typically holds up for a year or more before it stretches enough to slip. If the brushroll sounds sluggish, drags, or has stopped turning while the motor still runs normally, pull the old belt and compare it against this one for length and width before ordering. A belt that looks stretched, shiny, or slightly narrower than when it was new has already lost most of its grip even if it hasn't snapped yet.
