At 16 mm this is the long member of the 2.9 mm tapping screw family, sized to reach through a moulding and still take a useful bite in the boss underneath. SEBO lists it for the D series machines and supplies it one at a time under part number 1000. Like the rest of the C-series tapping screws it drives straight into plastic and holds without a nut behind the joint.
Length is not cosmetic on a fastener like this. Fit something shorter and the head pulls up against the surface before the thread has properly engaged, so the joint feels tight through the driver while holding almost nothing. A week later the panel has drifted loose again and the obvious conclusion, that the screw was faulty, is the wrong one. Fit the length the design calls for and the clamping load lands where it was meant to.

Replace one when the recess has rounded under a slipping driver, when the screw spins in its hole without drawing down, or when the original went missing during a strip. If a new screw of the correct length still spins, the fault has moved to the boss rather than the fastener, and driving a longer screw into it only splits the plastic.
