Replacement short nylon bristle strip (B351-2000) for the steel agitator fitted to power nozzles. The strips press into channels running the length of the brushroll, and it is the bristles rather than the roll itself that wear out, so rebrushing an agitator costs far less than replacing it.
Nylon bristles are the general-purpose choice, stiff enough to lift compacted dirt from cut-pile carpet while the roll spins. Once the tips are rounded off and sit level with the roll, the agitator sweeps the carpet instead of combing it, and pickup drops even though the motor sounds normal.
