The left shoulder strap for the Eureka SC412A backpack is part B3525700. It is the mirror of the right-hand strap and is ordered separately, so you can replace only the side that has actually worn out.
Straps fail quietly. Webbing frays at the adjuster, foam padding compresses until there is nothing between the strap and your collarbone, and the buckle end starts to slip under load. The machine then rides lower on one side and pulls as you turn, and a long shift ends with a sore shoulder.
A new strap restores even weight distribution across both shoulders. If the right side is showing the same fraying, that one is part B3525600, and the two together put the harness back to how it left the factory.
