Part B222-0400 is the black motor exhaust filter, revision B, for Simplicity 6000 series uprights. It is the last stage of media the air passes through on its way out of the machine, catching carbon dust off the motor brushes along with anything fine enough to have slipped by the bag and the pre-motor filter.
