Zippered cloth outer bag for the Simplicity Freedom ultralight upright, stocked as part D211-6100. This cloth shell wraps the disposable paper bag and keeps it correctly positioned over the fill tube; once a seam tears or the zipper slider jams, dust escapes out the side instead of staying contained.

These uprights see heavy daily use on commercial routes as well as in ordinary households, and this outer bag is usually the first thing to wear out on them: a pull cord frays, the zipper slider drops a tooth, or the clip at the bottom tears free from the fabric.
